Elevate female voices and brands
What is one thing we can do today to empower female leadership?
đ Hello Brand Revealers. How are you doing today?
On a day like this one, I thought of what I could share with my fellow female brand builders. What is one thing I can do today to empower female leadership?
Elevating female voices and brands is my answer. I decided to craft a ââcollection postââ of all ââgood vibes ideasââ to empower our voices. Building a brand is a resilient game, a demanding one. As I grow, listen and exchange with other female creatives and brand builders, I confirm that it is a work of character.
The solution to womenâs day
Leadership has several styles. Still, within every woman lies an audacious spark! Female leadership in all walks of life rings a bell for the betterment of all. Women who strive and pave their path despite roadblocks and setbacks are heroines. Leadership is not only in business. It is in every little daily choice. Female leadership sheds light on communities, history, sisterhood, and human empowerment.
Every 8th of March, we have an extra opportunity to remember that our leadership is not only our own. A younger girl or woman may need us to step up to visualize it possible. Many mentors have inspired me, by seizing leadership and shining despite the hurdles. They activated my capacity to dare, keep building and learn. Female leadership is a multiple-in-one duty; we are leaders for many, and most of the time, they are pretty close to us. Leadership is a testimony of love. One for ourselves and those who are training to strengthen their own voices. Your voice, no matter the size or field, is a needed Aha moment for someone.
đ My all time leadership heroine is my mom; she instilled a path to leadership.

đ Brand(ING) Tip / 02
⌠Build a brand as a woman: it revolves around seizing leadership
One constant battle, perhaps the most damaging one, that keeps slowing down female brand leaders: is the one of belief. The journey to believing we can achieve that crazy idea and vision in our heads is one-of-a-kind. Many female leaders have found themselves in situations where they had to prove their worth until that aha moment, stating: ''I am done. I will not budge from my vision, rate, company, values, personality, etc.''.
â
What makes us official SHE leaders?
Those pivotal moments when we decide we CAN achieve. We decide to believe, no matter the odds, we dare to BE.
⌠Be ✠daring, awkward, strange, out of the box, introverted, loud, innovative, kind, a changemaker, adventurous, pragmatic, an artist, business and data-driven, taking over tech, and beyond. Whatever that powerful mind has decided to achieve!
đĽ What is our superpower in a world that elevates our weaknesses?
We have growing voices. Every spark of our mind into action becomes a wave that will change one young girl, today, tomorrow, in decades, and beyond.
